1. Program description
YichusTree offers an optional text program called YichusTree Family Reminders. After express opt-in, we may send recurring automated SMS messages about:
- Birthday congratulations and advance birthday reminders
- Yahrzeit (death anniversary) reminders
- Other family-event dates the user enables
2. How to opt in
Opt in on /signup (https://yichustree.com/signup) or later in Notification Preferences: provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is never preselected. Consent is separate from Terms of Service acceptance and from newsletter signup. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using YichusTree.
By providing your mobile number and checking this box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from YichusTree about family reminders, including birthdays, Yahrzeits, and family events. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using YichusTree. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

3. Frequency & rates
Message frequency varies with the occasions in your trees and the reminder options you enable. Msg & data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
4. Opt out (STOP) & help (HELP)
- Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any YichusTree text to cancel
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@yichustree.com
- Or turn SMS off in Notification Preferences
5. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by country and carrier.
6. Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with Twilio and wireless carriers as needed to deliver messages and maintain compliance.
