Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using YichusTree, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

YichusTree lets you build and manage family (yichus) trees, upload photos, record events, invite relatives, and optionally receive email or SMS reminders about family occasions. Features may depend on your plan (Free or Premium).

3. Accounts & content

• You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account.
• You confirm you have the right to upload and share the family information and media you add.
• Do not use YichusTree for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.

4. Notifications & SMS

Email and SMS reminders are optional. SMS requires a valid mobile number and explicit opt-in under our SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of creating an account or purchasing Premium. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Turning off SMS does not by itself cancel Premium.
